Where are you located?

Great question!  Not many online companies disclose where they operate from but we have nothing to hide. Our main office is in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia. We also have a warehouse facility in Washington State.

Products ordered from this site will originate from the US. For Canadian customers we handle ALL the duties and customs work so what you pay is what you see. No hidden charges. No longer will you have to endure the pain of paying duties, customs brokerage fees and foreign exchange when buying from the United States.  We do all this for you so all you have to do is sit back and wait for your package to arrive.  It's that easy.  

100% Satisfaction Guarantee and Exchange Policy

We stand behind our products and are proud to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on any defective or damaged merchandise. Our guarantee includes exchanges only. No refunds are available on personalized items. PERSONALIZED merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Dated items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason after event date, regardless if they are defective or damaged, as we cannot be responsible for the use of the merchandise. Items without personalization may incur a restocking fee.

We will gladly reimburse return shipment costs of authorized exchanges/returns (non-personalized merchandise returned for credit will not qualify for shipping reimbursement). Express shipping costs will not be reimbursed; only ground services will be reimbursed. We will pay to ship authorized replacements via UPS ground service only. Please place your gift order at least 3 weeks prior to event date; this will help alleviate *Rush-Shipping charges. Please inspect goods IMMEDIATELY. Any defects or damages MUST be reported within 10 business days of delivery date No Exceptions. All merchandise returns/exchanges must have an RA NUMBER.

Will I be charged in US or Canadian Dollars?

You will be charged in US dollars.  We accept Visa or Mastercard.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! We recommend using USPS Priority Mail International. This service is fast, reliable and reasonably priced. The shipping time is about 2 weeks on average.
